Paige A. Roberts is a native New Orleanian and a junior biology pre-medicine major at Xavier University of Louisiana. Paige is a parishioner at St. Katherine Drexel Catholic Church where she serves as a Eucharistic Minister of Holy Communion. At Xavier University, Paige is a charter member of the Knights of Peter Claver, Ladies Auxiliary and currently serves on the chapter’s executive board. At Xavier, Paige also is a NIH RISE scholar and does paid triple negative breast cancer research in a pharmaceutical laboratory. Since her adolescence, Paige has always been passionate about community service and volunteerism. During the school year, she volunteers as a mentor for middle school-high school aged girls and volunteers with S.T.E.M. NOLA. During the summer she spends her time volunteering at Tea Time Etiquette Camp for Girls. At Tea Time, she not only mentors the girls, but she also teaches French. Paige enjoys volunteering at Tea Time Etiquette Camp because she believes it is important to teach young girls how to be a lady and have confidence in themselves. After obtaining her bachelor’s of science degree from Xavier, Paige will pursue her dream of obtaining a medical degree and become a pediatrician or a surgeon. During Paige’s leisure time, she enjoys baking, exercising, listening to music, shopping, getting her nails done, and hanging out with friends and family.
- James C. Watson, Sr., Treasurer
James Watson is a Retail Assistance Manager. Mr. Watson has more than 20 years as a manager. He worked for Wal-Mart where his management skills made him a successful support manager. Mr. Watson worked at Chase Bank, LA where he was the Operation Manager during hurricane Katrina and successfully restored the operations within a week of the hurricane.
Mr. Watson was a graphic arts major at Delgado Community College. While attending Delgado he was instrumental in the printing and distribution of the school’s publications. He was employed at Lykes Bros. Steamship Co. as the manager of reprographics, and shipping and receiving departments. Mr. Watson’s organizational skills made the Lykes’ distribution center more efficient by making it easier to ship and receive packages. He also created an in-house tracking system to track the delivering of packages.
Mr. Watson is a deacon at New Home Ministries in New Orleans, LA and serves as treasurer of Tea Time Etiquette Foundation’s Board of Directors. He can be contacted at jwatso29@bellsouth.net.

- Jerome Boatner, Member
Jerome L. Boatner was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He accepted Christ at an early age. He served as a deacon for many years. He graduated from L.B. Landry Senior High School and continued his education at Delgado Community College for business. He found his God-given talent in barbering and graduated at Stevenson’s Academy of Hair Design in 1998.
Two years later, Mr. Boatner decided to open his own salon. Jerome Boatner is a Master Barber & Salon Owner. Mr. Boatner has been a barber for 20 years and a salon owner for the past 18 years. He is a proud owner of N-Style Barber & Beauty Salon located in Gretna, LA. Mr. Boatner achieved his real estate salesperson license in 2016 and is currently a salesperson at Gardner Realtors.
Mr. Boatner volunteered for NORDC as an assistant coach. He is sagacious with kids. Working with young kids has always been a passion for him. At his salon on a yearly basis, he speaks at schools and provides free school supplies and free haircuts for kids going back to school. Being positively active in the community has been his focus since the start.
Mr. Boatner is a loving husband of 15 years and the father of two beautiful daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family.
